Set around a bombed-out post-war pub, players jostle for England’s crown. But who will prevail? And just how far are they prepared to go to seize power?

Inspired by the gangland world of Peaky Blinders, this stylish production is directed by Richard Cheshire, with set design by Patrick Connellan, who both worked so successfully on last year’s Hamlet, where incidentally Benedict played the title role to rave reviews.
