JOHN BRANWELL / TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD

Featuring

Opening tonight at Bolton Octagon, JOHN BRANWELL as Judge John Taylor in TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD.

Playing 8th September – 15th October, Harper Lee’s Pulitzer Prize-winning novel follows the struggle of lawyer Atticus Finch as he strives to defend a wrongly accused black man in 1930’s Deep South. Told through the innocent eyes of his fiery daughter, Scout, we witness how her small town is ravaged by racial prejudice.

Capturing the delights and mysteries of childhood, together with the pressures of Atticus’ fight for justice, To Kill a Mockingbird is as poignant and an important story now as it was when it was first written over 50 years ago. Join us as we bring the heat and intensity of the novel to our auditorium in this moving stage adaptation.
